Please read our Terms and Conditions before placing a booking.
1. Security deposit: We require a security deposit of £100 or €150 from all clients on booking accommodation. Payment can be made by cheque or credit card details can be held as security against damages incurred which have not been paid for or dealt with whilst, you, the client is still in resort. This is payable in conjuction with the rental balance payment.
2. Keys: Available from 4pm on arrival. Departure time from all accommodations is 10am. Keys to be returned to The Beautiful South and More office or member of staff.
3. Deposit: A deposit of 25% (non refundable) of the total rental value is required to secure any reservation along with a completed booking confirmation form. If a booking is made within two months of the rental start date, full payment is required when making the reservation.
4. Payment of Balance: The balance must be paid 6 weeks before departure. If we do not receive the balance in full and on time we have the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
5. Insurance: Holiday insurance is compulsory, and proof of your cover must be available for us to inspect. It is your own responsibility to provide adequate travel insurance for each member of the party travelling. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by clients who have failed to arrange such insurance.
6. Cancellation: If you are forced to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy to any member of your party named on the booking form, and this can be substantiated and has arisen since you made the booking, then you are no longer liable for the balance of the rental. If the balance of the rental has been paid we guarantee to refund the balance if cancellation is made within 7 days of departure. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel you must contact us immediately and all telephone cancellations must be followed with written confirmation.
7. Flights: It is your responsibility to book and pay for your flights from your country to Malaga airport, and return. This is a popular destination and flights are plentiful, although at peak times seats can be difficult to purchase at the last minute. You should ensure that you are able to travel on your chosen dates before confirming your booking with us. When booking flights, remember that access to your accommodation is not available until 16.00hours (4.00p.m.) on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00hours (10.00 a.m.) on your day of departure. You are obliged to advise us of your outbound fight number and scheduled arrival time on the Booking Form, and of any subsequent changes to these.
8. Linen: Linen and a limited supply of towels are provided. Linen change provided weekly. We do not provide beach towels.
9. Heating charges: During the winter months some form of heating is usually provided in all properties, however, where the heater is gas powered then gas bottles are chargeable.
10. Extras: Arrival food packs Cots, high chairs, fans and other items can also be ordered in advance, sheets for the cot are not provided. Extra cleaning services can also be arranged at a cost.
11. General conditions: You are responsible for leaving the holiday accommodation occupied together with all furniture and effects, clean and in good order and condition. You undertake to pay for any damage or missing items. Rubbish must not be left in the property on your departure – we will charge for removing this.
12. Termination of rental: If, in our opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party are behaving in such a way as to cause or to be likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to others, or damage to property, we reserve the right at all times to cancel or terminate holiday arrangements with out notice. If this situation arises, our responsibilities towards the person(s) concerned will immediately cease and we will not be obliged to cover any expenses incurred by the person(s) concerned and neither will we consider or accept any claims for compensation or refunds whatsoever.
If for any reason you wish to terminate the contract due to dissatisfaction with the property or its surroundings. The Beautiful South must be given due reason and evidence produced. If The Beautiful South are in agreement, they must then be given the opportunity to resolve the matter in hand. Failure in doing so rescinds all rights to a refund.
13. Loss of keys: Should you lose keys or lock yourself out, spare keys can be collected from the Beautiful South office during office hours. If it is out of office hours there will be a charge of 20 Euros to be paid directly to the person who brings you the spare key. |
