| Bookings and payment procedure |

| You can place a booking by telephone or e:mail. To reduce your costs, let us call you through our CALL BACK service. To secure a property we require a holding deposit to the value of 25% of the rental value, along with a completed booking confirmation form. The rental balance is then required six weeks prior to the rental start date. In addition, we ask for a security deposit of £100 or €150. This is payable at the same time as the rental balance and is returned by cheque via post or bank transfer. Once the property is inspected at the end of your stay. Should the rental start date fall within two months of placing a booking. Full payment and the security deposit is required. Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer or BACS. Simply save it to your system, complete the form, save the changes and send it to bookings@thebeautifulsouthandmore.com along with advice of your preferred payment procedure.
